Shipping partner and process
All products from Amea Mandala Are individually after ordering via our production partner Printful manufactured. Shipping is directly from the nearest production site (e.g. Europe or USA) via established shipping service providers.
Production time
Production begins immediately after receipt of the order and usually lasts 2–5 working days. Since it is on-demand production, the processing time may differ slightly depending on the order situation.
Shipping duration
After completion, the delivery time is usually:
Switzerland & EU: approx. 5–10 working days
USA & Canada: approx. 5–12 working days
Rest of the world: approx. 10-20 working days
The specified delivery times are guidelines and may differ through public holidays, customs processes or unexpected delays.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are displayed in the checkout transparently and depend on the target country and the number of products ordered.
Customs & import taxes
For orders outside the EU Additional fees, Tariffs or taxes that are to be worn by the recipient. Amea Mandala has no influence on this costs and assumes no liability for their calculation or collection.
Delivery problems
If your order has not yet arrived after 20 working days, please contact us at info@amea-mandala.ch.
Please enter your order number and - if possible - the tracking number. We check the case together with our shipping partner.
Shipping address & responsibility
Before sending your order, please check whether your delivery address is correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses or undeliverable programs. In such cases, no refund can be made.
Tracking
As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that there may be delayed tracking updates depending on the shipping country.
