No right of withdrawal

Since our products are manufactured individually according to your order (print-on-demand), there is no statutory right of withdrawal or right of return.

However, if your product has been damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, you can 7 days after receipt Report to us.

Please send an email to this Info@Amea Mandala.ch with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the defect
- easily recognizable photos of the product and the packaging

After examination, we forward the case to our production partner. In the event of confirmed errors, you will receive a replacement product free of charge.
